souderAs the Head Girls Volleyball Coach for Dublin Coffman since 2006, Mary Anne has coached the ROCKS to over 100 wins, 5 OCC titles, 5 District titles and State Runner-Up titles in 2009 & 2010. She has been the Central District Co-Coach of the year for the 4 seasons and earned an OHSAA Coaches Achievement award in 2009 & 2010.

In 2007, her second year at Coffman, the Rocks won the OCC Conference Championship and District Championship advancing them to the Regional semi-finals. With a record of 24-3 Mary Anne was voted the Central District Co-Coach of the Year and the OCC Coach of the year. The Rocks repeated their OCC Conference Championship and District Championship in 2008 and finished the season with a 25-2 record. Mary Anne was voted the Central District Co-Coach of the Year and the OCC Central Division Coach of the year. In 2009 & 2010, her team ended the season as the Division I State Runner-up. Mary Anne earned the Coach of the year in the OCC, District and a State Coaches Acheivement award. In 2011 the Rocks won their 5th straight OCC and District titles.

Prior to Coffman, Mary Anne was the JV/Assistant Girls Varsity Coach at Newark Catholic High School. She played collegiate volleyball at Otterbein College (Westerville, Ohio) where she was a 4 year starting setter. Mary Anne has been involved in the USAV as a player or coach since 1991. She has coached club volleyball for New Wave, Keapa Buckeye and CVA in past years. During the past 11 years, Mary Anne has worked in marketing, and graphic/web design. She is currently the IT Creative Director for Teleperformance and resides in Powell, Ohio with her husband Will and son Liam.
