Lifting and Conditioning Starts Monday!
The summer lifting and conditioning starts Monday at Power Performance Systems. “POWER”, is located inside Mannino’s Grand Slam at 6635 Dublin Center Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017.

The cost of the program is $60/player per month. Checks can be made out to Power Performance Systems and handed in when you begin training.

Description
Individual and group teaching sessions, Individual Skill Stations, 6 on 6 Games (emphasis on team play), Individual Skill Competitions, Instructors are Current High School, College Players, and Dublin Coffman Coaches.

July 22, 23, and 24
2nd - 8th grade - 9:30am to 12:30pm
8th - 12th grade - 4pm to 7pm
Cost
$80.00 per player (includes t-shirt)
